  1. Our Real‑world Order‑processing Workflow After your order is confirmed, we start domestic supplier procurement (minimum 2 business‑days for goods arrival to our handling location). After receiving goods, we perform strict quality inspection, install visible irreversible anti‑theft security tag, add exclusive internal hidden identification mark, pack with heavy‑duty gift‑box, dust‑bag and full‑set complimentary gifts, then hand over parcels to large‑scale reliable commercial international courier.
  2. Processing Time Total in‑house processing time (include domestic sourcing, receiving goods, QC, anti‑theft‑tag installation, hidden‑mark making and gift‑box packing): 7‑11 business days. Processing time excludes weekends, Chinese public holidays and United‑States public holidays. Order‑confirmation email only acknowledges order receipt and does not guarantee stock availability. If selected item runs out of stock during domestic‑sourcing phase, we will email you within 1‑2 business‑days, providing full‑refund or alternative‑style‑exchange solution without extra buyer cost.
  3. Transit & Estimated Delivery Timeline Commercial international‑courier transit time to United‑States: 6‑10 business‑days after finishing our in‑house processing. Full estimated total cycle from order placement to delivery: 13‑21 business‑days. All shipping‑time data are estimation and not guaranteed. Delay may be caused by customs random inspection, logistics‑peak‑season, weather and other force‑majeure factors outside our control. Slight wrinkles caused by long‑haul international transport are normal and shall not be treated as quality defect.

  5. Tracking Notification Once parcel is handed over to international courier, shipping‑notification email with valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking status may take 2‑5 business‑days to refresh after dispatch.
  6. Shipping Fee Free‑shipping threshold: free standard shipping for orders over $149 USD, automatically applied at checkout. Flat‑rate shipping fee applies for orders below $149 USD. Original‑order shipping fee is non‑refundable under any scenario.
