  1. Store Position & Product Description ElowenDress is an online‑only e‑commerce brand specialising in slim‑fit formal gowns and matching accessories for US‑slim‑size female customers. We offer a limited range of slim‑fit sizes only. Detailed garment‑measurement data, fabric composition and care instructions are displayed on each individual product page. Product photos are real‑item‑based; minor visual difference caused by lighting, screen calibration and fabric‑batch variation may exist and shall not be regarded as product defect. Important body‑type reminder: our gowns are designed for slim‑figure customers. They may not fit well for customers with prominent waist‑abdomen flesh, broad‑shoulder or wide‑hip body shapes. Please read size‑chart and body‑type prompt carefully before purchase.
  2. Order & Payment All displayed prices are denominated in US Dollars. Tax‑related rules refer to our shipping‑policy statement. When you submit an order, this represents your formal purchase offer. Order confirmation email only means we receive your order request; it does not guarantee immediate stock availability. We will complete domestic‑sourcing verification within our processing cycle. In case of sudden stock‑out, we will contact you and offer full‑refund or style‑exchange solution. You warrant that all information you submit during checkout is true, accurate and complete.
  3. Order Cancellation & Modification Free cancellation or shipping‑address revision is valid only within 24‑hours after order placement. After the 24‑hour window, domestic‑sourcing preparation has started. Cancellation, address‑change or item‑swap requests will no longer be accepted, and restocking fees may apply for late cancellation.
  4. Risk‑control & Abnormal‑order Handling We implement abnormal‑order review mechanism. Multiple‑orders from identical IP‑address, shipping‑address, payment‑account or recipient within 15‑calendar‑days will trigger manual‑review process and may be delayed for verification. We reserve rights to intercept batch‑fraud‑suspected orders, block accounts with repeated malicious return, fake‑dispute, chargeback‑abuse or malicious‑review behaviour, and refuse future purchases from such accounts.
  5. Point, Coupon & Membership‑benefit Rules Points / growth‑value, discount‑coupons, group‑buy privilege and affiliate‑qualification are customer‑rewards for successful non‑returned orders. If one order generates any return, all points and benefits derived from this order will be fully invalidated. VIP‑related privileges carry consumption threshold and valid‑period limitation and cannot be transferred or cashed out.

  7. Limitation of Liability Our total compensation liability for any order shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for that specific order. We shall not be liable for indirect loss, event‑planning loss, opportunity loss or consequential damages arising from logistics delay.
